Ingredients
Red Velvet Cake
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup buttermilk ( 3/4 cup +1 tbsp vinegar)you can make your own buttermilk
- 3/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup +2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Red colour
- 1 tsp vinegar
Cream cheese Frosting
- 50 gm butter
- 100 gm cream cheese
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 sachet whipping powder
- 1/4 cup cold milk

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients under the cake in a bowl ..
- Add the batter to the pan and Bake @180 c for 15 minutes .
- To prepare Cream cheese frosting , cream together butter and cream cheese till smooth then add in the powdered sugar and Beat well.
- Prepare the whipping cream by beating whipping powder and cold milk till soft peaks are formed .
- Fold in the whipped cream to the cheese mixture and combine well.
- Allow it cool and crumble the cake and keep aside.
- In a small glass Assemble by layering the cake crumble followed by cream cheese layer as shown in above picture.
- Chill the dessert before serving.
